Seventh Sense, as Part of the Center for Applied Innovation Team, Celebrates NASPO ValuePoint® Contract Award

We are thrilled to announce that Seventh Sense, as part of the Center for Applied Innovation team, has been awarded a Master Agreement under NASPO ValuePoint®'s newly launched Procurement Assistance and Support Services (PASS) portfolio. This achievement highlights our commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to public entities.

The NASPO ValuePoint® PASS portfolio, led by the State of North Carolina, is a competitively solicited contract designed to provide procurement assistance and IT planning, research, and strategy services to state governments, higher education institutions, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities. This new portfolio, effective January 19, 2026, replaces the legacy Procurement Acquisition Support Services portfolio, which is set to expire on January 18, 2026.

About the PASS Portfolio

The PASS portfolio is divided into two key award categories:

Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS)

IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Services (IT RAC)

These categories are designed to address the evolving needs of public procurement and IT strategy, ensuring that public entities have access to the expertise and resources necessary to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

Seventh Sense, as part of the Center for Applied Innovation team, is honored to be among the forty suppliers selected for one or both categories under this portfolio. This award places us alongside industry leaders such as Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, Gartner, and others, reflecting the high standards and competitive nature of this solicitation.
